These no added sugar high energy raw brownies are full of goodness and are great for breakfast, dessert or a pick me up snack.
1 cup of mixed nuts (or any nuts you have to hand )
1 cup pitted dates (soaked save the water for later)
5 tbsp cacao powder
4 tbsp un-sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup quinoa puffs
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tbsp flaxseeds
8 tbsp date water
Cut into squares and serve.
