Want to satiate your chocolate craving? Here is a quick and simple chocolate mousse recipe that hits the spot!
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 cup coconut milk (keep extra to hand)
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1-2 tbsp agave nectar (or maple syrup) use more if want a sweeter chocolate, taste test as you add.
Add all ingredients into your blender, blend until thick, smooth and creamy. Times vary depending on your blender, this can take up to 10 minutes, just keep blending until smooth, you may need to add more coconut milk or water to get it your desired smoothness.
Add nuts or fruit to top, chill, serve and enjoy.
