Ingredients:
The Base
The nougat filling
The caramel filling
The topping
The method: The base
The nougat filling 1. Place all the filling ingredients into the food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth. 2. Spread the mixture over the base, ensure it is even. 3. Place back into the freezer for approximately 20 minutes. The caramel filling 1. Place all the caramel ingredients into the food processor or blender. Blend until thick and smooth. 2. Carefully spread the caramel filling over the nougat layer. 3. Place back into the freezer for 2 hours or until set. The Chocolate topping 1. Place all the chocolate topping ingredients into the food processor or blender, blend until thick and smooth. 2. Add to the top of your caramel layer. 3. Place back in the freezer for 10-20 minutes to set. Remove from the freezer, cut and enjoy.
