This take on classic apple crumble is a delight and goes great with a dairy free ice cream.
Place half the crumble mixture into a lined pan/tin, press down, add the filling, then sprinkle the remaining crumble over the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place in the fridge for an hour to set.
